I'm leaving a review for the café section. Why is it that the rudest and unfriendly people are placed to deal with the public? The gentleman at the counter was not friendly whatsoever. I don't really expect stellar customer service all the time but you can't be rude when you deal with the public. Very unfriendly and it ruined the experience. And when there was a problem with my card, he leaned forward and did his hands showing was visibly annoyed. Dude, you have one of the easiest jobs in the world, you do not have the right to be uppity and rude. You take a damn order and give the food out. You aren't above the customer.

I went into Sam’s to do some grocery shopping and while shopping I received help from a lovely worker named Jordan. He was extremely helpful with finding things that I needed to find, but when asking for help from others it seems like they weren’t too inclined to help him. Otherwise this was a great trip here and I will be shopping here again!

Sam’s Club pick up is unorganized and chaotic. Waited so long, had to put up sun shields in the car to keep from roasting. It’s now been over an hour. I recommend that if you order pick up, don’t do it on a Sunday, and don’t expect to get your order on the hour you ordered it. Bring heat/sun shields and prepare to camp.

We have been a member at Sam's for well over a decade and always loved getting a quick bite to eat especially after we had kids. We went yesterday to do our Sunday shopping like we always have every other Sunday, and get some pizza and hotdogs. You can no longer buy food at the counter, now you have to do something on a app and then wait to receive and email. The people standing around were very upset and said it took over 10 minutes just to sign up and order. We had to leave and go somewhere else to eat. This was very inconvenient and disappointing since our kids are 1 and 3. On top of that when we did shop all the fruit was spoiling and they were totally out of a lot of the stuff we always get. I will be canceling my membership tomorrow and joining Costco.

This place is pitiful. I have lived here for 10 years and this Sam’s has been on the decline ever since. Bathrooms are always disgusting. Trash overflowing, tables never cleaned. Employees at the deli never have pizzas cooked or cooking. Also, person cleaning the bathrooms used the same towel on the sink that he used on the urinal.
