I could not stand coming into the store two years ago. Now that I have a good relationship with the employees it’s smooth sailing and excellent customer service. They take care of me when I need things and I’m always happy to help when they need a hand. Out of the control of the employees, but the inventory at this store is horrible. The same items sell out every single month. And what kind of salon supply company doesn’t have hairbrush picks/cleaners???

Saw this store had my shampoo so I went in to buy it without doing further investigation (no one’s fault but mine). Selection was great but as soon as I couldn’t show my cosmetology license the girl’s demeanor changed from nice to rude. It would have been fine if she hadn’t behaved the way she did. I felt like an underage drinker being denied in a liquor store. I suggest big signs that say “cosmetologists only!” or maybe polite sales associates in order to stay in business.

Wow. Don’t come here. Extremely rude service. Went to get products for my dads salon because I work for him. I had the salon centric card and the number associated with the account. I have been to multiple salon centrics every week and never had a problem until today. After spending over an hour in the store with over $300 worth of product in my cart, when I went to checkout the girl said my dad would need to place the order on the app, but my dad is in critical condition in the ICU so obviously he couldn’t do that which is why I was getting supplies for his salon and taking over while he was out. But this salon centric would not let me make the purchase even though I had a picture of my dads ID and the salon centric card. Waste of time. Rude employee. Awful experience. I will be convincing my dad and every single salon in my area to switch to a better wholesale salon seller :)

I'm not one to leave reviews a lot but the cashier at salon centric made such an impact I just had to! I believe her name was Jana, she was the nicest person!! So freaking sweet, knowledgeable, and even offered to look up reviews for me on a product she had not tried herself yet! I hope she is there every time I shop! I over heard another customer commenting on how sweet she was. Definitely one to brighten up a room. I don't know if you will see this but, thank you Jana !!

This was my first and my last time here. I walked in and I was totally ignored. The employee was on the phone and made zero acknowledgment of me. All she had to do was look up, make eye contact and smile. Something. But nothing. When she got off the phone I was standing in front of her waiting for her to say hello and she still said nothing. I had to speak up and say good morning. She made no eye contact with me, the worst customer service. I wanted to purchase a gift card for my friend who is a stylist. She very rudely told me that I could not purchase a gift card because I was not licensed. She was so rude I wanted to slap her. Don’t shop here. There are other shops that you can purchase your items in Athens.

Wow. What horrible customer service. Just awful....There was a sign for a sale I was taking advantage of, the register was having difficulty ringing it up properly. The lady said it was wrong and basically said she couldn’t sell me the products because she was tired of trying to fix the mistake. Just shop online or just ignore this company all together. Horrible service for sure. The worst I’ve had in a long time.

I don't visit often, but they carry some supplies i cannot get anywhere else. Friendly enough service. Inconvenient checkout system, and they do not provide bags for your purchase. That's a big inconvenience.

Need to update sight. Went on Sunday afternoon drove 45.min. store was closed. 4 customer standing at door when we arrived they had driven 35 min. They went by website information, and also called the the day before and was told all locations were open on Sundays. This it that hard to update your website
