As always the staff were wonderful at my daughter’s annual checkup today. She wanted to try contacts again - she tried last year but couldn’t quite get it. These ladies are so sweet, patient and understanding. With their help, she was able to do it this year and she is absolutely thrilled! My experience here was awesome. The staff are so kind and the techs are surprisingly knowledgeable about the procedures. They told me about the procedures I was having done and the importance of them. The doctors are excellent. They care about you as a person and treat you with the utmost respect. My results were given to me within 15 minutes and explained to me in a language I could understand. I would recommend them 100 %.

Dr. Springer and his staff has always provided excellent service. My family has been using Athens Family Vision for years now for our annual eye exam and also for any prescription glasses we might need. On occasions when a family member has an eye infection, they are always able to work us in quickly to examine the eye and provide the correct prescription. I would highly recommend Athens Family Vision.

I originally had a billing issue that I brought to their attention but after researching, found that it was just a misunderstanding on my part. Be sure and ask for an itemized invoice before you leave. Also got new glasses that were hurting my nose due to my full face cpap mask. They were great and helped fix the problem. I would recommend this facility. They were very thorough with my exam. I’m very happy.
