I don’t recommend this whole process is a waste of time and $250. You still have to make an appointment at a passport agency to see an acceptance agent which is an additional $190 plus $35 service fee. They literally charge you $250 just to print papers that you can get at the agency for free.

I needed to renew my passport and when I mentioned at the desk, the staff acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to show them the services listed online and was told I had to pay the entire process via check as well. Just go to a CVS. This place is a joke.
