Staff aggressively follows you around and watches your every move even if you’re just shopping on a Saturday night. Made the experience super uncomfortable and like I was being preyed on. Immediately left the store and will not return

You get nice stuff at Reasonable price. Have been buying from here, never had a issue. The only thing is the use of restroom there is a hastle. You have to find an associate to open the restrooms.

I like Ross prices but to wait to try on clothes because they only have two dressing rooms available and upfront. You cannot use the dressing rooms in back. This is definitely disappointing when you are in a hurry.
