Friendly but too vague on arrival of goods and after told multpile times over 2 day period that " they would call me back " I had to call them back and couldnt get a straight answer about the several thousand dollar item I really wanted to rent to own. The quoted rental rate was also very off after getting the new total bi weekly cost it literally went up by 40% with the added fees and taxes. I have over the decades purchased multiple big items from their company and this was the only bad experience I have had in trying to initiate a rental. I am bewildered by this when I was capable and could afford the item . Long time customer left highly disappointed.

Your promotions are not clear at all. I was told I’ll pay a penny for the first week. Went in and then was told I have to pay a second week to leave with the merchandise…. That’s not what the advertising says. Second I was then called a week later and asked to pay again like that penny didn’t matter. You call entirely too much like a debt collector if you don’t trust that we will pay don’t rent nothing to us. We get a call the day of and text messages and we’re not even a day late yet and if we were that’s why you have late charges in place. That is the main reason I’m giving the merchandise back for that reason and that’s why I was hesitant to get anything in the first place.

I recently paid off my refrigerator I was so excited but a couple of weeks after it stoped cooling. I still pay for the benefits plus every week but I haven’t been given an answer yet on when my fridge will be fixed and it very upsetting to have put all that money into something just for it to not work anymore and to be treated like it’s not a big deal when I need this to store my food. They sure do harass you when it comes to making on time payments but when it’s all done they care less on letting you know when you will be helped.

New in the area in Commerce, GA, and need some items for the apt. I had called AARON'S and their customer service has NOT been up to expectations. However, After going to lunch in Athens, GA, stopped by RAC, to see what they had. I ended up getting what I needed simply because of team they have at the store. The team there was, Brandy, Tenesha and Hearty. They all were great for accommodating me with what I needed, want and what they could do.
