I have loved going to this shop for the last few years on my friend's recommendation. I spent $300+ on my last visit a few weeks ago. After thinking it through, I didn't want one of the supplements and never opened it. It was completely sealed. It was never abused ... went in my house in my supplement basket immediately. Owner would not take it back. I was only wanting to exchange not get my money back even though I had my receipt. It was a $35 item. That was a very shortsighted decision made by the Owner. I was going to spend more money today on other things I needed. I have referred my son here and other's. I will no longer go to this shop.
