One of the best experiences i’ve had in an urgent care so far in Athens. They got me in almost 30 minutes before my scheduled time and both the MA’s and PA’s were very easy to talk to. They provide screens in the room that made understanding my diagnosis much easier. Overall, I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Athens area!

I visited the urgent care 13 days ago as a self pay ( I paid $175 for the visit). I am not well. I was given a 10 day antibiotic that did not kill the infection. They will not call me in another antibiotic. They insist I pay another $175. If I took my car to the shop and the repair was not done properly I would not then pay again for the same work. Would you? This is a for profit like any other business so why should I expect less than I would from any other business? They do NOT care about their patients. I will be removing my family from the Reddy practice entirely as they are my husband and daughters PCP. BEWARE!!!!

Can't give zero stars or I would. Reddy Clinic is the worse experience I've had in the medical field: Lies about what they have to offer at check in. Once they swiped my card turned out that they did not even have what was offered. Tried to give me ibuprofen as a treatment in place of the cortical steroid treatment that I confirmed before paying for the visit.. I keep asking for what they had said they could do to calm a nerve, but turned out that was a lie, they don't even have it A practitioner told me that he was not a doctor and had to call a doctor. 30 minutes later having seen no doctor, I left and as for a refund. They sent me to the front desk. There I was told that the the manager named Sherry says that they can't do a refund because I had already seen a doctor, the doctor who told me he is not a doctor and has to call one. Bottom line: no treatment available, no refund. Other members of the staff seemed understanding that I was frustrated about paying so much money based on a lie. I looked up what the doctor (who was not a doctor) told me about steroid. Turned out even that info was incorrect too. Glad I left and did not allow them to treat me. Beware of incompetence.

Absolutely amazing staff! Really listens to your needs and give you the best course of treatment. I had been to a different urgent care 4 different times and they never once ran a chest x-ray or seemed to be concerned with my symptoms that were very concerning. They have helped so much and made me feel heard and seen!

I went here 2 weeks ago with severe pain in my ear. I didn’t know if it was an ear infection or what. The only reason I’m giving any stars at all is because the receptionists and the medical assistant who helped me actually did their job, were efficient, and kind. I saw Dr. Reddy and told him in detail what was happening. Severe ear pain, muffled hearing, drainage, massive swollen lymph nodes. I am in school to be a medical assistant so I understand what I’m talking about & know how to talk about it… This man ignored me completely. I have psoriasis that’s on my scalp that has traveled down onto my ears, at the opening, on the cartilage. I’ve had it for years. It’s just my life. He was so enamored with it, he was pushing my hair apart and looking at my scalp instead of listening to me say that my ear was hurting. He took a quick look on both ears and then continued to call out the redness and flakes on my skin. He told me I had cellulitis in my ear. I immediately knew he was wrong but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and just took my antibiotics. 7 days on the antibiotics and I get infected in my other ear. An infection in both ears. Don’t know how I could possibly get cellulitis in both my ears. So I did research. I had recently cleaned my ears out with water in a syringe (which I told the doctor) and I realized that this is most likely swimmers ear. I was on antibiotics for 10 days and it did nothing. I got swimmers ear drops today and I can hear again and my ears aren’t oozing… So yeah, the doctor here sucks. The rest of the staff is amazing. Trust your gut. And maybe go somewhere else.

I had to go to Reddy for a pre employment screen that included a drug screen, N95 fit test, blood draw, vision test, and physical. I made an appointment online, and from being called back to leaving the process was so smooth. I’ve been a travel nurse for 3 years, so I typically have to 3-4 of these screens a year; and this was by far the most efficient process I’ve ever experienced in my years of traveling / needing these pre employment screens. Thank you to everyone who was working this morning!

Absolutely terrible experience, I genuinely wish I could give this place a 0 star. The wait time was outrageous. My girlfriend had an appointment and was not seen until at-least an hour after her appointment. It did not feel like they even cared about her until she said it was taking way too long. It is pathetic to advertise 15 minute wait times, and then you have patients (with appointments) waiting for over an hour.

Scheduled an appointment same day for a sports physical for my son. In and out in less than 30 minutes! Staff was professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

I’m so impressed with our visit tonight. We came in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, and the entire staff was kind and welcoming. My husband has had eye pain all day and we were worried most urgent care centers wouldn’t be willing to do this type of care. The nurse and doctor were fantastic and took several steps to help him. It felt like an expedited hospital visit. Highly recommend!

I had a 10 AM appointment at Reddy Urgent Care but wasn’t brought in until 11 AM as you hear employees in the back laughing the entire time. After waiting an hour, I was told I’d need to wait another 45 minutes — despite explaining that I had work at 12 PM and couldn’t stay much longer. I calmly stated that I made an appointment to avoid any wait times, yet they still went ahead after completing my appointment to call my new employer stating that I was “rude.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects respectful treatment.
