A wonderful 1st experience while establishing care. We are so thankful for the time that was taken with each of my kids. Amber did an amazing job giving my kids the flu vaccine. She did a great job listening to my kids and showing compassionate care.

Can't give zero stars or I would. Reddy Clinic is the worse experience I've had in the medical field: Lies about what they have to offer at check in. Once they swiped my card turned out that they did not even have what was offered. Tried to give me ibuprofen as a treatment in place of the cortical steroid treatment that I confirmed before paying for the visit.. I keep asking for what they had said they could do to calm a nerve, but turned out that was a lie, they don't even have it A practitioner told me that he was not a doctor and had to call a doctor. 30 minutes later having seen no doctor, I left and as for a refund. They sent me to the front desk. There I was told that the the manager named Sherry says that they can't do a refund because I had already seen a doctor, the doctor who told me he is not a doctor and has to call one. Bottom line: no treatment available, no refund. Other members of the staff seemed understanding that I was frustrated about paying so much money based on a lie. I looked up what the doctor (who was not a doctor) told me about steroid. Turned out even that info was incorrect too. Glad I left and did not allow them to treat me. Beware of incompetence.

I take my daughter here and they are absolutely amazing! Dr. Carr is an amazing doctor and always listens to any concerns we have. Definitely recommend this pediatric office! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming as well.

We have been using this pediatricians office for many years now. My oldest, is high functioning autistic and we were very fond of Elizabeth Lally. She was absolutely wonderful with helping us manage medications, behaviors, etc. and was so personable and good with my son. Imagine my surprise when we go in for my son’s annual medication visit this week and we are told we are seeing someone new, as Dr. Lally has left the office. I immediately was concerned and highly disappointed we were not notified of this change. We meet with the new nurse practitioner, Allison Kelley who immediately tried to avoid my question when I asked how much experience she has working with autistic children. Finally she admits she has none. I proceed to tell her we will reschedule with another doctor and she continues to say she can help. I decided to see what she would have to say, and after explaining we were needing to add something to help with generalized anxiety- she immediately suggested to put my child on antidepressants. I let her know that is absolutley not an option, she then suggests antihistamines and other bogus meds. After I tell her those options are ridiculous and completely unacceptable for my child. I will go do my own research and reschedule with the doctor - she tells me SHE can consult with Dr. Carr about options. My question is, WHY was I scheduled with a nurse practitioner who is not knowledgeable when it comes to autism- knowing this appt was for a medication follow up on an AUTISTIC child. If she isn’t knowledgeable- schedule me the doctor. In the least, I should have been offered to switch the appt with the doctor consult with him myself, as I am the mother and have been managing my child for 12 years. I know him best. The really sad part of all this is, I have recommended this pediatricians office (specifically Dr. Lally) to many others for their autistic children and now I have to make sure they know NP Kelley is not the one to see for anything concerning autism. Highly disappointed on how this change over was handled and beyond frustrated at the waste of time on Wednesday afternoon - for your office and my family.
