The entire staff at Reddy Medical Group works as a team to provide their best care! The receptionist is so helpful and kind, the nurses always have a calm and personal demeanor with smile that makes you feel like you are in a place that cares about your health. Dr. Devon Carr is absolutely the best doctor who works with you with warmth and compassion. I feel like he is not only my doctor but a friend. Dr. Carr makes sure i have the information and medicine as needed to keep me healthy. I strongly recommend Dr. Carr and his team as the best family doctor practice for anyone needing s doctor who cares.

Can't give zero stars or I would. Reddy Clinic is the worse experience I've had in the medical field: Lies about what they have to offer at check in. Once they swiped my card turned out that they did not even have what was offered. Tried to give me ibuprofen as a treatment in place of the cortical steroid treatment that I confirmed before paying for the visit.. Bottom line: no treatment available, no refund. Other members of the staff seemed understanding that I was frustrated about paying so much money based on a lie. I looked up what the "doctor" told me about steroid. Turned out even that info was incorrect too. Glad I left and did not allow them to treat me. Beware of incompetence.

I have been going to Reddy Urgent Care for years, and just recently decided to make them my primary care facility as well. Communication is great, the staff has been extremely friendly, and Dr Carr is the best! He takes the time to listen to my concerns and address each in turn. You can't ask for more than that these days.
