Shoe selection was slim, but it’s the beginning of the school year, so I get that. I’m staff was wonderfully helpful! Taylor specifically was a huge help, she helped my kids pull down shoes and checked us out super fast!

I was so excited to get a Rack Room Shoes but I haven't really been impressed with the selection and on 2 previous times before the manager or owner was being ugly to employees and it made me uncomfortable. Today was the end though. I was struggling to get in with the door closing on my stroller and not 1, not 2, but 3 employees stood there facing me, watching. Once inside, the manager of the group greeted me. I smiled back. She then loudly made a snarky remark about me as I passed so that I could hear. I was already there so I went and picked out the shoes I want and I will be purchasing my shoes, the shoes my husband need and shoes for my child anywhere but here. 💋

Went in looking for some comfy sneakers I could wear to work that are a neutral color. One young lady took them time to listen to me and helped me pick out 5 pairs to try on. I bought two of them, plus some sticks and some sandals for hubby. Will definitely go there again. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the store didn't carry my husband's true size. The sandals fit, but a size larger would have fit better. Maybe start carrying 14s?

The store is clean and organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's not a big selection of shoes and there big sale buy one get one half off is a joke. 90% of the shoes they sell can't be part of the sale.

Young lazy was very personable and my bf loves to cut up to make some one smile and all... She was a pleasure to have as or cashier she really went right along with his being funny and realized he was just trying to make her laugh out smile. Needless to say even the couple in line was laughing and I'm sure she won't forget the crazy man she sold those 2 pair of shoes to.
