Been shopping at this location for years. Always a great selection from dressy and casual to tennis shoes. The store is located in the Tanger Outlets. Plenty of parking, handicap spots and electric vehicle charging stations. Inside the store was organized nicely. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is a public restroom just down from this store. Rack Room Shoes is the first place I always go to when I’m in need of shoes!

Went shopping with my granddaughter and bought her light up unicorn shoes. They stopped working that afternoon. Wonderful customer service. They took them back without any issues, ordered the replacements and had them shipped to my house. Turned an unhappy experience into a good one.

Decent selection. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. Clean store with plenty of boxes of "socks" laying around for people who didn't have their own. Friendly cashier made sure to ask us to join the rewards program and was very polite.

Was happy with my shopping experience here. Went in once just to look around and saw a couple of pairs of shoes that I liked, but ended up leaving to go look at other stores before I decided to make any purchases.
