For such a large store, there's not much of a selection. Staff seemed tired and avoidant. No one offered to help, even after making eye contact. I stood in line with just me and one other person for almost 20 minutes before I put back my selection and left. Definitely only go if you have plenty of time, patience and wear standard sized and appearance of shoes.

An older woman had to wait about 10 minutes after calling “hello” but no one answered. I also waited and called out. Eventually two people came by, but never said a word about why we had to call out and wait for them to make a purchase

I went to this location a couple days ago and let me tell you I will NOT be returning. I had the WORST experience and it was because of of this girl named I think Kea or something. She was beyond rude and should not be in customer service. She was also screaming at other employees and created a hostile shopping environment. She should not be working at a shoe store maybe as a football coach.

I believe this store has changed. When this store was OFF BROADWAY SHOE WAREHOUSE I experienced RACIAL PROFILING! I literally just walked out this store,.. went in with my daughter and noticed we were literally being followed by 1 caucasian girl, no Gm no nothing.. I stopped in the area of my shoe size trying to ignore her.. I tried on multiple shoes and she literally passed by us 9 times looking at me like I was going to steal shoes! I had no other bags just my wallet, car keys and sunglasses .. Becoming fed up I literally put the shoe back on the rack and told my daughter to put the pair she found for herself back and walked out. My daughter wasn’t happy because she really wanted the pair she had but we can not support that behavior. I would never allow a store to treat me as if I’m a suspect to a crime I did not commit.

I love this store! They offer an unmatched variety of shoes for both men and women. Discounts and/or sales are ALWAYS present so shopping on a budget is more than possible here. You can also earn discounts through their rewards program. The staff has always been well-informed and personable—-in other words, they’re great! Also, I noticed one person posted on here they are unhappy with the location of the store? In fact, they decided to give a one star review as a result of the location. Let me point out there are well over 100 other businesses within a quarter of a mile of this store’s location. Off Broadway and the overwhelming majority of the countless additional companies in this area, are thriving in this market. Parking availability is substantial, and there are multiple options to enter and exit the area. I actually can’t envision a better location for this or any retail store in the Athens area. In summation, if you find yourself in need of some new kicks, Off Broadway should be your first (and more than likely, only) stop! Hope this helps!
