The employees were very kind and helped me find the shoes that were best for me. However, I do wish that the store were better labeled (outlining sections for genders, brands, etc.). There is a large selection of shoes at decent prices.

Good prices and large selection...my only complaint is the tiny little stockings they give you to try stuff on. My feet are tiny, a woman's size 6 and they barely fit my foot. Other than that I had a really good experience.

I was a little disappointed that they had so few shoes in a women's size 10, but I was finally able to find something that would work for me. I probably would've rated higher if the store manager hadn't taken the moment I was up at the register to tell the employee checking me out what they had done wrong with another transaction and to basically scold her in front of the customer (me). I'm an asst manager for a retail store in town and I would never do that to one of my employees. Very poor business practice and it's honestly rude. Take a moment and discuss employee conduct and practices away from your customers.

They where great both sales representatives jumped in and help me get the correct size for my 16month old baby girl. The whole time they where professional and pleasant. I'll go back for all my baby's shoes.

First they delivered the wrong shoe and size. Then I went to the store to return them and reorder the shoes only to have them deliver it to the wrong house. I would highly recommend dropping FedEX. I had to jump through several hoops to even get my money back. I should've just bought them off of Nike. I know my word may not mean much, but I will never shop here again.
