Publix, where shopping is a pleasure, truly, no matter where you go. The staff are not only Publix polite, but mix in the Georgia friendliness and you could become BFFs with the cashier in no time. The deli area is wonderful. They are clearly a popular place for the lunch crowd. There is a whole cafe/seating area. Clean. Updated. Great spot.

This is a review for the sub station workers who were making sandwiches tonight. In the face on constant orders, in person and online, they worked so diligently and showed such hospitality. Esong (I hope I am spelling correctly) was so pleasant and meticulous. He and Jasmine worked without pause and met any request with accommodation. Anyway, just wanted to say they were wonderful and made our shopping experience/evening so much better!

I love the people who work there. They are kind and you can tell the morale there is high. Its always clean and bright in the store and thank god for their BOGOs. Everything looks well stocked and I feel safe eating the pre prepared things. Their bakery is pretty awesome as well and the deli sandwiches are beloved. So glad i live just down the street. I was not a publix fan a couple of years ago. Prices mostly but i like to go there now.

The staff at this deli was awesome and had me laughing the entire time. I wish more places had this atmosphere because you can definitely tell they enjoy their job and in return made it an awesome experience. I definitely needed the laughs today. Great job Publix and Deli Team.

This is a wonderful Publix! I feel bad because I was here the other night and I was very busy hurrying to get shopping done before they closed and I was kind of stressed and I didn't even smile at anyone or make conversation like I normally would have but everyone was so friendly, not one of them rushed me even though it was actually past closing time by the time I was checking out! That's very unusual- most places rush the customers and get antsy but everyone here was so nice! I was shocked but it didn't really register till I got home and thought about it! Anyway- thanks to everybody who works at this location, y'all are the BEST BEST BEST! 👍👍👍 I go to Publix all over GA, AL, FL and I honestly think you might get the Blue Ribbon for friendly and helpful!

I don’t usually do reviews online for places, but I felt like I have to for this one. This is the slowest deli I’ve ever seen. I usually get premade sandwiches on my lunch break, but on the rare days there aren’t any left, I go to the deli to get something made. My lunch breaks are an hour, and there have been multiple times in which I’ve had to get food made at the deli and it takes well over 30 minutes for them to even take my order. Today for example, I stood in line for nearly 25 minutes and the line did not move ONCE that entire time, even with 4 deli workers actively making food and only 2 people in front of me in line. Another time I ordered 4 sandwiches online for my family at around 4 pm, and I got there at 5:15 to pick them up and the order hadn’t even been started. Had to wait another half hour for them to make them. Overall a very poor and slow experience each time.

I placed a sandwich order two hours ahead of pick up. I get there and it’s not ready. Waited in line to find out it wasn’t ready for a half hour! Glad I didn’t pay before I picked up. People were terribly slow and goofing off hanging receipts on each other with 10 people in linewaiting. Need to find fast, motivated people to work that station. When it a common joke that the slowest people in the store work making the sandwiches, you really need to change things.

This Publix is the worst I've ever experienced. Produce is old, expired items on the shelf, and rude employees. i have ordered several subs online and gotten there at the scheduled time only to have to wait another 15-20 minutes which leave little time on a lunch hour to actually get back to work and eat. If you want unreliable, rude employees visit this location! I have complained several times to local management which gives you nothing but lame excuses and to Corporate and zero response.

May not buy everything here but it is our grocery store. The meat selection and quality is top shelf.The BOGO is a serious benefit for those items / brands we typically use. ALL of the employees are courteous and the store is always clean and well stocked. Keep it up folks!

Had a horrible mobile ordering experience on my lunch break ordered my sub 25 minutes early just to get there and the lady tell me that she hasn’t started on mine I showed up at the estimated time of completion. The line Had about five people in it before she could get to mine. The reason we mobile order is to bypass any wait line times. Had a guy at Publix specifically tell me that mobile orders are made in the back of this location so that way you can bypass the line well that was not the case and it was extremely inconvenient for my lunch break. Canceled my order and went elsewhere for lunch will not be back to this Publix. I will go to the new one on Jefferson Road that is much better!!
