The customer service at Grandview was beyond my expectations, lots of diversity “very important” the entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was very bright n clean no nursing home smell when you enter the building. Huge thanks to Ms. Bloom and the staff for going the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. Thanks again for making my dad feel welcome.

The leadership team at Grandview is GREAT. Sabrina has put together a very solid team. Communication and room cleanliness are above expectations. My mother is very well takes care of and enjoys the environment. The activities could stand some improvement and upgrade but overall I am very pleased and happy with my decision to place my mother’s care in the teams hands. Thanks. Keep up the good work

Nestled in the heart of Athens, Grandview is small and cozy with a home-like environment! Kudos to this facility for having consistent 10's with their monthly Pharmacy audit! Thank you for taking care of our residents' pharmaceutical needs!

Poor ratio with patient to CNA and also with nurses not enough staff. Patients have to wait and they’re in bed with poop in the bed

My mom has been @ Pruitt Grandview for 2 years. The staff has taken great care of her. The staff communicates with me on a regular basis to keep me updated on my mom. They not only take good care of the residents, but the staff are like a family & look out for each other.

Wonderful personnel- kind and attentive. The food was not the most healthy. I will definitely go back there if I ever have any need.

My mom got put here for rehabilitation from a fall she had and it's been just over a month and she seems to really like , better than ALL the other places she has been in the last year ! The staff are always answering my questions in detail & giving me updates , I bring my service dog & bring my mom goodies she can keep in her room , my mom goes and plays bingo wins about everytime... The physical therapy guy has been amazing with my mom & his assistant.... Everyone that works there have been wonderful go out of there way for my mom & me .. I can't say nothing bad that I personally have had it's all been good....

If I could give you all a zero star I would please trust and believe that I would. This place is a joke my aunt is here and they won’t check on her for hours and by hours I mean four hours or more. I work in healthcare and I take care of patients daily, it is unacceptable to not check on patients at least every hour. What if she falls? What if she had gone into cardiac arrest? How would you all know? Please get your things in order this isn’t a safe environment for an elderly person to be in period.

From the moment I walked into Grandview the first time I knew this facility was for my Brother! It was well lighted, VERY Clean, friendly receptive staff and management and very patient as I asked a lot of questions! …AND the food they serve to the residents is VERY GOOD!…. Highly recommend that people at least take the time to visit this place and see for yourself!
