Props. Decor Balloons completed an outdoor display for my mother's 90th birthday party. She was prompt and worked diligently on the display. The display was so beautiful the owner of the venue was taking pictures to post on his page. She completed everything promptly and returned to take it down. She was organized and methodical with her work. She completed everything even though the weather wasn't good. Thank you so much props and decor balloons.
