I had very bad experience today with the salesman. I explain to them that I have a Canon EOS R6 Mark ii & a Mackbook pro M1 laptop. I pacifically asked him if I buy a tethering cord for it will I have any issues because I wouldn’t have purchased it. The salesman said no you will not have any issues. I said great that me get a 15ft cord. I got home into my studio and it wouldn’t work. I called canon for about 2 hours installed all the software and it still wasn’t working. I called back to store and spoke to my salesperson. He said there’s always issues with Mackbook & Canon cameras connections. I said you told there was no issues in the store. On top of all that he was very rude to me and stated I can’t get a refund even though he basically lied to me for the sale. I don’t trust this store I will be going to B&H or Adaroma for now on. I will never support this establishment again. Beware of this company that has a policy of no returns.I learned a valuable lesson. Shame on you PPR .

Great local shop for all your camera, lighting, and printing needs. Although these guys have been around for a while they just recently moved from their long time spot on 11th street to a bigger spot in west midtown. Ive been getting prints from here for years and also borrow equipment from time to time. Great knowledgeable service and wide variety of selection

I'm a Mixed-Media Artist based in NY and I always make prints of my work. Frequently showcasing my art in the ATL, I came to PPR to purchase prints. They will take photos of your original art for a cost. They provide you with 4 Proofs for you to choose the one you most approve of. Ask for "Chris in the lab, "( I believe there is more than 1 who works there.) He's amazing! He has a great eye and is a delight to work with. If he's on vacation, ask for Trevor. He will take care of you. I usually ask for enhanced matte prints. They are vibrant and of excellent quality. It's been 3 to 3 1/2 years. PPR won't disappoint.
