Throughout the entire process. The manner in which Mr. Pope conducted himself was very professional. Making sure I was comfortable and my safety was his priority. The ride was smooth and the transition into my home was pleasant. Doc , went over & beyond from dispatching the local fire department prior to reaching my home to insure my transport up 14 stairs would be executed without any incidents. It has been a pleasure dealing with Pope Care Transportation Services and the phenomenal guys at HCFD (Locust Grove) who have treated me like royalty and precious cargo. This was top-tier service and I rate them 10 out of 10.

Doc provided transport for my sister to the doctor. The address I had given him wasn’t completely correct, but he was on the phone to me in another state to get it corrected and got her to the appt on time. He called later to tell me she was back at the ALF. I spoke with my sister later, and she said Doc was “awesome”. We have another appt coming up, and I would definitely reschedule with this company.

Drivers Doc and Mr. Maweedi took such good care of my aunt. Everything had not been going well with the dispatch company through her insurance, but once Doc arrived he was able to help us assess what she needed, and coordinate the appropriate transport. He kept in great communication with me as he worked with his company to coordinate the appropriate resources. They took great care with her and her belongings, and got her in her home safe and sound. The best part was they made my aunt feel super comfortable and she was actually calm once they took over the process when she had been very anxious before they got there. She also commented on how comfortable and fancy the transport felt. Wonderful customer service and communication. We wish we could get this team every time!

Not even a star worth giving. Failure to provide service. Due to traveling distance and communication with texts and calls. More could be said but no more words worth giving. No shows are bad service. Arrival times are given yet Failure to provide is not worth business. Shouldn't have to resedule important visits because providers can't show up regardless of contacts.Blame it on modivcare but yet the trip falls on given providers. Shame on Popecare not modivcare this time. Additionally I never said anything about me being hacked. I said that you were hacked because I never received such messages and calls. Here's my proof. Your timing is off. You contacted me once it was already time to be at my residence and I was on the the Phone with insurance company for where's my ride.i told them what you were saying in texts. No logs of you speaking with them.very good story based on your imagination though. You were lost on 285 twice and turned around is what you told me and that's why you didn't have time to get to my residence in the opposite direction because you didn't know where you were going, never before have I rode with you before nor will I ever ride with you now. After all these made up figments storytelling. Your not trusted choice. 7am was the pickup time you were in the wrong direction the entire time. Not knowing what you are doing.

I have used other transportation service before but Pope Care Transportation is the best. What makes them the best is their team her drive and provide service to their customers. Doc was our driver and he was absolutely amazing. He went over and beyond to make sure that my aunt was taking care of. He made her feel safe, special and cared for and I really appreciated him for that. Because of his spirit and care for others, Pope Care Transportation will be my transportation of choice and I recommend this company to anyone.
