Love coming to this plato’s but I gotta say that today I had a terrible encounter with one of the employees. She was rude and made the experience a not so good one. She was talking with one of the other employees when I approached her to ask if she could open up a dressing room for me and ignored me. When I asked her again she said to “hold on” and finished having her conversation before unlocking the room for me. When it was time to checkout she threw the shorts I had just bought towards me and walked away and when I asked her for a bag from a distance she threw that one towards me as well. Super rude girl but the rest of the crew was very nice and attentive.

By far THE BEST Plato’s Closet that I’ve ever been to!! Customer service is always top tier & the employees are so sweet. I’ve sold so many items to them and they are always very timely, efficient, & thorough with the buying process. I’ve also purchased several unique & cute clothing pieces from here :)!!

This is the best location ever. I brought in clothes and they were so quick and I was able to use the money I made on the clothes I found while shopping! The girls were so kind and fun to talk to. Will definitely be back!!

Always excellent service, and they always take almost everything I bring in to sell. Will walk out with 30 to 40 bucks. Granted I think they are more selective about girls' items, but for guys' they'll take just about anything as long as it's in great condition. Stuff from Target is fair game. Also, people, please fold you clothes before bringing them in.

Ridiculous. The time estimates are horrible “15-25 minutes” for it to really to be 6 minutes shy of an hour isn’t acceptable. Especially when I got there 30 minutes after they opened. The employees were too busy playing snd trying on clothes and shots thru have bought yet. I read the reviews and almost didn’t go, I regret that I did. Lesson learned, will not be returning to this location.

i love coming to plato’s i always find the cutest things but the other day i went in to look at some things id seen on instagram and i just have to say the employees were so rude and not welcoming at all and it made the experience terrible especially because the last time i came in nobody was welcoming but i thought hopefully it had gotten better.

I had a huge box named brand clothes ,shoes and purses they wouldn't buy said was out of style which wasn't old clothing at all. The shoes was basically new in box . But as I walked around looking most things they had for sale had stains or old looking. You can see in pictures of the things I found as I was walking around the store had stains on all on them. Once I got home I realized they either misplaced or kept one of my shirts under armor brand new.

If you're inventory is so high, why are you even letting people bring clothes in. Just tell us to leave instead of taking in the clothes, letting us drive away, then 5 minutes later texting us rejecting everything without even looking through the clothes. It's a waste of everyone's time.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had been waiting at the register for a long time and as soon as another couple walked up she greeted them and checked them out. She was very rude and arrogant.
