My wife and I went in for a couples massage at Platinum Bliss Massage Therapy, and it was an amazing experience. The space was peaceful, clean, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Both of our therapists were professional and made us feel totally at ease. They listened to what we each needed and gave personalized massages that left us both feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Platinum Bliss Massage for anyone looking for a professional massage. I was in need of therapy massage work to reduce pain, increase motion, and recover from injuries. I just moved to the Athens area, and finding a new massage therapist was a priority! Looking at the reviews for Platinum Bliss and specifically the reviews on Corey encouraged me to make an appointment (and thankfully a same-day appointment!). The website details on pricing and scheduling was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I needed a 90 minute deep tissue. Upon entering, the cozy house-like building was quiet and relaxing. I was greeted by Corey, and I was asked my problem areas to work on, and I let him know I can handle a lot of pressure and strength as far as a deep tissue goes, and he did not disappoint! Corey is professional, respectful, and so kind. He most definitely "knows" where the knots and issues are. There were some times the focus on one area was even a little too much for me, so I was able to communicate that with no problem, so be careful what you wish for! Haha! :D Corey even showed me a few stretches afterwards to help me with my shoulder pain. I have found my new place and my new therapist. Thanks so much, Corey!

Corey’s deep tissue massage is exactly what I have needed for a long time. I have degenerative discs and had a neck fusion 22 years ago. My shoulders and upper back have been tense for so long. With all of the massage therapists I’ve tried over the years, none of them can work the tension out like Corey can. It’s an intense but good experience that lasts weeks or months instead of hours. Soon I will have lumbar surgery but the hip massage I got from Corey months ago is still helping the pain and tension. Not for the faint of heart but the most bang for your buck. Highly recommended if you can take it!
