The reception staff were courteous. They facilitated my visit as soon as I walked in. The wait was brief. Medical team was swift in seeing me, assessing my condition and offering treatment. I left within 30 - 45 minutes of my arrival. My prescription was ready for pickup and I returned home satisfied that my condition would improve in a short period of time. Thank you care team !!!

We went here when my daughter broke her leg and needed x-rays. She is 4 and was understandably scared, but everyone was so sweet and good with her that she was able to stay very calm. Also, she wanted me to tell everyone that they all had "really pretty hair." 😍 …

Andrew, NP took really great care of me. After he initially recommended a more comfortable and less invasive measure with referral to a specialist, I requested he go as far as he was comfortable going in the urgent care setting. He was sensitive to my request and took great care with a more invasive procedure, ultimately finding that the underlying issue was less severe than anticipated, avoiding me the hassle of another visit to a specialist. Thanks Andrew and team.

Very good doctors and nurses. Very efficient and effective staff. I would like to have my doctor that treated me for my general practitioner. I got outstanding treatment from Piedmont Urgent care. Had a wonderful experience at Piedmont Urgent Care on US 29N in Athens! Arrived mid-morning on a Wed. The helpful and nice front desk ladies got me all checked in and I used the user-friendly link to register. I was seen promptly after that. The medical care team I saw were so warm and friendly. I felt listened to and cared for by the nursing/doctor assistant, Andrew. He got me all squared away with a shot and meds he prescribed that I needed. From start to finish I was there in less than 30 minutes! My prescription at my local pharmacy was called in before I left. So professionally run, smooth, and organized! Thank You!

From making my appt, to filling out information, the process was very easy. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. My nurse and the nurse practitioner went over and above to make me feel comfortable, make sure I understood the procedure what they were doing during the procedure and what I could expect after. They were very prompt professional friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I was very impressed with the staff and the ease of the check in process. We got to the PUC on hwy 29 around 715pm with no appointment scheduled. I checked my child in and we waited in the car. The text came through within like 3 minutes with a room number to go to. We got in and we were seen quickly. My son was cold so the young lady got him a blanket. They were so kind and attentive. The test were so quick, and we were able to get the antibiotics for my sons strep at PUC before we left! It was such a quick and easy process. Highly recommend this place! Thank you!!

It was initially a great experience until it came time for billing. The girl at the front desk made a mistake, the billing department acknowledged it and refused to resolve the issue with a refund even though I have signed paperwork for a payment arrangement. Good luck & don’t give them any of your card information! They will not assist or make it right!
