Can we talk about the AMAZING customer service Piedmont Propane has?! Seriously, Karen and John have just been the absolute best. If you're anything like me, you don't exactly want to hear that your new house has propane instead of natural gas. Luckily, the previous owners had been working with Piedmont. Everyone has been friendly, prompt, and provided great communication! And the services are reasonably priced! (Don't be confused by reviews for the Piedmont Propane in NC that people don't think very highly of!!)

Piedmont Propane has been an absolutle pleasure to deal with! My husband reached out then then to get propane, this is the first house we’ve ever been in that has ran off of propane so we had quite a few questions. Staci was extremely friendly and helpful and our delivery man Johnny was just as friendly! They were also the most affordable place around this area.

Very customer oriented!!! I am a new customer and called them mid-morning completely out of propane; by mid-afternoon, they had me all hooked up with a new tank, fixed a small gas leak and all my pilot lights re-lit. Super friendly customer service all the way from the original point of contact with the very kind lady who answered the phone to the service technicians who came to the house. Would definitely recommend them. Appreciated the personal service I received from them versus another larger propane company I called who told me they couldn't get to me for a week! I had to replace my wall heater and didn’t realize I was almost out of gas. Amerigas said it would be 3 weeks. Another supplier said it would be almost 3 weeks to set a new tank and fill it. Piedmont said they could set a tank Thursday, while I was on the phone giving my info they rearranged to set my tank on Monday. I was out of gas over Christmas weekend ONLY! Thanks for also having wonderful customer service!

Horrible service from lady in lobby. Makes you feel like you are bothering her. Wanted to talk about setting up new home service as well as gas logs and generator. All she said is tanks are out of stock. Asked about pricing and all she said was can’t help you till summer. WOW!, don’t know if she is the owner but if not I hope the owner reads this....
