I went to this office back in 2022 because of worker’s comp I was referred to this doctor Dr.Forrester by the job I was working for at the time. He would not examine me He look at my chart and since I had a preexisting medical condition he said he didn’t see anything wrong with me. He said it was coming from preexisting condition He did not order X-rays or did anything to examine me further. This doctor is not doing his job correctly I attend his office again 2025 for a job physical but he was out on the day I went. The attending physician did an examination and approved my physical. I get a call back a couple days later stating I had to go back to see Dr.Forrester. He came in the room and did not examine me. He sat down and said I can’t approve your physical. What do you mean I was approved already by the other physician on duty. Even the ladies in the office were asking me why are you back because we already approved you and sent your information over electronically He remembered me from the last time I visited. He would not approve my physical and it cost me my job. I don’t think that was fair because I was approved. He seen my name when he got back that following week and had told them to call me back in so he could deny me personally I was getting a physical because of my job I was desperately needing. He didn’t examine me again he just sat down and looked at my chart He didn’t personally examine me after the nurse did like the previous physician did All he wanted me to do was come back so he could personally deny me because that’s exactly what happened I felt discriminated against He didn’t tell me I had the right to get my primary care physician to send over paperwork stating I was prescribed medication and that I could still perform my job duties I had the right to do that before he made a decision Dr. Forrester doesn’t care who lives he destroys He’s not considerate that the decision he makes could cost someone to not be able to provide for their family. I will continue to file a complaint because I was not treated fairly I did what was asked of me I passed all the tests that was provided to me. The previous physician APPROVED me. I should have never been called back to the office because I had finished my physical and it was submitted electronically My Rights was violated DO NOT ATTEND THIS OFFICE IF YOURE GETTING A PHYSICAL FOR EMPLOYMENT

Came here for a TB gold test. Waited an hour. Whoever did it messed up, spilling blood all over my arm and hands because she told me to cover the wound with gauze. Then she told me she had to do the other arm. I got a call the next day saying they need me back because it was not enough blood. I work in the mornings so it is taking time out of my day to get this test done. Get here on Thursday and told me I would have to wait 30-40 minutes. Only one other person in the waiting room. Never coming back here.

My husband had to get drug testing for his new job. This location lost his drug test and his new company had to resubmit the order. He had an appointment to go back at 1:45. He sat in the lobby over an hour before he was taken back. He didn’t get out until 3:30.

The attending physician lied to me and falsified my chart and it cost me my job. I was getting a physical and screen for a new job and lied on my chart saying I didn’t pass because of my vision. I went and payed money out of MY pocket to get my eyes checked. Went back to re take the exam, come to find out he disapproved me because of the medication I was taking. So he lied not only to my face, but also wrongly falsified information that not only cost me money I did not need or have to spend, as well as a job I was desperately needing. Will be filling a grievance with Piedmont. Stay away from this place.

Took forever for a physical exam. Took an hour for front desk to register my paperwork.

Hurt my Achilles heel at work and was sent here. Most of the staff at the front desk in really nice but there are a couple that I have seen be rude. But overall for me they have been very helpful. The nurse is very nice. The doctor is also very gentle and very kind!

The therapists are good but that's the only positive thing about my experuence with Piedmont Occupational and Physical Therapy. Both my children were seen for PT/OT and it's a logistical nightmare. Try to get someone on the phone. Try to pay a bill (after the shock of the amount of charges sinks in). I'm at the office several times a week. Can I talk to someone at the front desk about a bill? No. Can I make a payment to the people in the office? No. That would make it too easy to settle a bill at the place I'm receiving services. I've been very frustrated with my experience. Everything is difficult. They make you do the running around and jumping through hoops. I have to go to or call my pediatrician for what they ask for and then the pediatrician needs clarification because they don't know what Piedmont is asking for and then I cannot access Piedmont to answer the question, which should not have been a question to begin with. When I do finally get Piedmont on the phone, I get ping ponged around in their phone system only to be disconnected. When you're dealing with so many appointments, referrals and prescriptions for multiple kids, or even one, you would think that they could make it easier on you. For the price, I'd expect it. Outrageous. Frustrating.

Doctor is very nice and professional but front desk staff all need to be replaced. They do not try to help you in the slightest or even try to understand what you need. They just try to argue with you. They definitely need some customer service training.

Had appointment at 4:15. Waited until 4:47 for them to tell me they were closing and I would have to be seen at Urgent Care and the wait was an hour and a half!! I have had a similar experience 3 times in a row now.

Literally I pray that no one has to experience how rude the lady at the front desk is in this place. I wonder how people like this get to work with the general public. I am scared to go to the front desk for fear of having to look into her cold dark eyes. She seems originally from 1700’s Salem Massachusetts but i could be wrong
