My experience with Dr. Walpert has been excellent. She has been great in every way, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. She explained everything clearly, did exactly what she said she would do, and helped me get past my pain. I am now on the road to recovery and feeling 100 times better than pre operation! Staff has always been efficient in what they do. I have seen Donna Martin numerous times and have felt satisfied with the visits. Many times in a great deal of pain, they do not jump to immediate surgery, they do try to find the problem. Frustrating for the patient but glad they look at every possibility. Dr Walpert is wonderful! Put me at ease even when I am sure i asked stupid questions, she allowed me the time I needed to feel comfortable. When surgery was decided upon, my nerves were shot but she was calm and helped me understand the full procedure. Pain can make one angry and frustrated but this office deals well with that. Highly recommend!

Although not something anyone looks forward to, if you need a neurosurgeon, this is the place to go. I required lumbar surgery, and Dr. Patil, Stephanie, and the entire staff were great. The best recommendation I can give: years after my surgery, my wife, Rhonda, incurred a spine injury and Dr. Patil was the first person we contacted. Both my and her surgery were successful.
