Not certain how much they actually care about you as a patient. I never even got to see the provider! I had my first time appointment booked about two months in advance (there wasn’t a lot of availability so I had to wait). I completed my check-in documents about a week prior to my appointment. Then, on the actual day of my appointment, the office called and said they “had a staff meeting” at the time of my appointment and needed me to reschedule. I had moved my workday around to make the appointment in the first place, so I decided to just cancel. Sad and disappointing — their priority is a staff meetings over a patient who’s had an appointment on the calendar for two months.

Easy to get an appointment. Whole staff works well together to get you in to see the doctor. I like that they use my chart which makes the whole process easy. I like that they accept my insurance and the wait time in the office is minimal.

Outstanding office and medical care but I was really disappointed when I was billed a copay for a recent annual physical. You need to be very careful on answering any questions. Blood results for the physical which had been taken a few weeks before had shown a previous cold. Ongoing drainage which had been addressed at a previous visit was still on-going.

Agree with others that the doctors and staff are wonderful but that Piedmont billing is exploitive. Got a surprise bill for about $150 nearly a year later related to an annual physical where a prescription for a chronic intermittent problem was refilled with no new work up and not going past allotted time. Disappointing that you have to treat your doctor’s concerned questions as a hostile interrogation. Anything you say can and will be used against you when doctor notes are dredged by AI to see if Piedmont can squeeze more money out of you and your insurance.
