Dr Pohlel was very professional in listening to and addressing all my issues. He was extremely insightful and offered common sense recommendations. He took time to answer my wife’s concerns as well. He took extra time to address medication concerns and discuss lifestyle changes. I’d prefer not to have this cardiovascular problem, but it eases my anxiety to have Dr Pohlel monitoring my progress. His staff was polite and friendly. They were very accommodating.

Myself and another family member have been patients here. You couldn't ask for better medical care--all providers and medical assistants we saw and/or communicated with were top-notch in every way. Scheduling appointments unfortunately can be a hassle. Several times when we stopped at the desk to check out and tried to make the 6 month or annual follow-up appointments but were told they can't make them that far in advance and would call us to schedule closer to the time the follow-ups were due. They did not. I ended up callling them (luckily I'd noted when we were supposed to go back.) Wait times on the phone to speak with a scheduler are also long. Today it took me three calls to get through. The first two I waited a couple of minutes, then hung up and tried later. The third time, after 17+ minutes on hold I was finally able to speak with a scheduler, only to be told I need a new referral. Frustrating and unneccessary.

Always a pleasant visit, even when the waiting area is full of patients. Front desk always takes time with each patient and always very kind. Medical staff from having blood taken, Nurses, and Device Experts are always friendly, take the time to listen, and take their time explaining. Dr. Marti is one of the best heart experts I have experienced while living in 5 different states. She always takes her time explaining, and making certain I understand the terminology. Dr. Marti listens to my concerns and explains all possible options. She does not "sugar coat" my heart failure, which I appreciate, but meanwhile she has a very kind bedside manner.
