I highly recommend choosing this group for your PT needs. I had a revision on a total knee. Jack, Jessie, and Megan are outstanding. They care for you, explain things, answer your questions, and you understand clearly the goals you want to achieve. Thanks so much for helping me achieve the goals. All my goals were reached with lots of work, and cheering on by an amazing care team. I appreciate each of you!

I went for an MRI at 7am. I thought I was going to be alone, but it was getting busy already from that time. The staff was kind and explained everything clearly. The spotify music they put on me while in the MRI had commercials, so I would give one more star if there were no commercials. I couldn't move or tell them anything, so I was stuck listening to 3 commercials about stuff I wasn't interested in buying. I guess it's better than the MRI humming noises. I chose classical, and it was great...

Great new space! Very friendly & helpful staff. The greeter in the center always recognizes us & greets my little one by name & smiles & he just stops & grins at her. We've met several staff members & they always remember us & say hello. I have a very active young boy I often have to chase down so we really appreciate the bead maze table in the play area near the speech/feeding clinic. Our therapists (feeding/speech) are amazing! Unlike some of our medical appointments, I never dread it & we actually like the time we spend here.

If I could leave no stars I would. My son was referred for speech therapy here. DO NOT GO! There are plenty of other speech therapy places in Athens and Watkinsville that can help. First off they are taking on new patients when they do not have the space. My son had an evaluation and the speech therapist said he needed weekly visits, which they could not provide. They would call me the day of every other week saying they had a cancellation asking if I could bring my son in the day of. I am a working mom and have a 2 year old and that was not favorable for us. Also I have pretty good insurance. They billed one 45 minute session as a hospital visit, costing $350.00. Through my insurance an office visit for one session has a copay of $30. Absolutely ridiculous! I highly recommend going somewhere else that charges less and gives the same quality care and that actually has room for patients. Plus it is very difficult to get anyone in that department on the phone. I asked numerous people how much the appointment was going to be before hand and no one would let me know. I figured it would be favorable to the other speech therapy places around town. Obviously not.

Having to deal with speech therapy and physical therapy at the same time is a difficult undertaking. But the incredible staff at ARMC Rehabilitation are the best. The front desk staff remember you by name and greet you like a friend every time, and the therapists are understanding and kind and genuinely care about your well-being. Working with such pleasant, easy-going therapists has made it easier for my husband to handle such intensive therapy. Particularly Danny, Marianna, Laurie, and Danielle have been fantastic!

I am sorry to say but I was not happy. This is the office inside the big bldg, not the one on the back of the big bldg. I felt like they were trying to guess my condition, and were throwing different diagnostics (wrong ones by the way). I came back home in paralyzing pain and was not able to get in touch with anybody. There is no way to get in touch with the front desk, they didn't answer the emails on the Piedmont Chart. I really hope there were some improvements.

I do not know where to start.. I have not even been to see the PT yet, but their customer service has been to BEST I have ever experienced. Brittany, Tammy, Chastity and Lisa Womack have talked to me several times and I feel like they know me and I haven't meet one yet! Pardon me if I misspelled any names, Please know how grateful I am at a time that has been hard. I can not wait to meet you in person to say thank you.

This review is about your website only. I find useless. I have a regular physical Therapist at your office in Oconee county. I could not get anyone on the phone so I tried to schedule an appointment online and could not. Instructions on the site are vague or no existent.
