Worst experience I have ever in my life had with a doctor’s office to the point I’m borderline considering sueing for negligence. They will not fill my prescription on time EVER. I have to call the office literally weeks in advance for even the chance of getting my medicine on time, but still usually don’t. I’ve called every day for over a week and still haven’t gotten my prescription sent over that i’ve been taking daily since I was in the 4th grade. This happens every month but this month I’m DONE and changing PCPs. This place is beyond bad…it’s illegal practices and withholding medicine that I need! It’s absolutely bonkers.

Update: I received a call from the office manager who was extremely apologetic about my experience and seemed very sincere about wanting to correct the situation. There wasn’t really anything to be done at that point but I appreciated the call and decided to keep my next appointment. If this review was solely about this next experience they would easily have received 5 starts. They were very quick to see me and the guy that did my bloodwork was probably the most skilled phlebotomist I’ve ever seen. It literally took him 10 seconds max with no pain whatsoever to get multiple vials of blood. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credit he deserved. I loved Dr Caruso when he was there. Absolutely the best physician I’ve ever seen. He’s retired now and the place went instantly downhill. They can’t even keep appointments straight. I made my last appointment over the phone and was told the soonest I could get on was about a month later. I made the appointment and scheduled to get off work early which is really difficult for me to do. I get there and the receptionist told me that I didn’t have an appointment but they would be happy to see me in two more weeks, like it’s just that easy to do. Apparently you have to ask for the call takers name when you book appointments so that you can verify because if you don’t they treat you like you are lying or have dementia. I’ve been going to this practice for years but I won’t be going any more.
