I purchased a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline last week. Overall, it was a very good experience for my wife and me. I cannot say enough good things about the car, but the experience with the dealership, and especially our sales guy, Shad Kates, were also excellent. Shad is a very friendly and laid-back guy, and very knowledgeable about the Hondas, and the buying and loan processes. He was extremely helpful with showing us multiple vehicles and all of the pertinent features. After the purchase Shad was so helpful in teaching us about all the electronics, controls, software, and interface with the I-Phone. He saved us many hours of combing through the manuals to complete the operational setup. Overall, I give Shad and the dealership a 5 Star rating!

My experience with Phil Hughes Honda was incredible! Every staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant. My car salesman, Tyler was absolutely fantastic! He was so kind. I did not feel like I was put under any pressure from Tyler to purchase a vehicle, unlike other car salesmen at different dealerships. He did everything he could, along with other members of the team, to make sure I got the deal that worked best for me. The process was fairly quick and easy and I got to leave the parking lot with my brand new car! I highly recommend Phil Hughes Honda to anyone looking for a car!

The car salesman, Junior, was very friendly and polite right from the start. We test drove the vehicle and he was extremely knowledgeable with all of the car features and exactly how the car drives. Junior went thru all of the warranty info, extra warranties, and all of the extra packages offered by Honda and exactly what each one covers. He wasn't pushy with any of the sale but he did want to make sure I understood what each one was. I love the Honda Accord I purchased and I had a great experience at Phil Hughes Honda and also with Junior!!! I will definitely recommend both to my friends and family!
