We been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to do so. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable so if you have any questions on any colognes or perfume just ask. I have not been here in a few years now but today I went back and the new staff I met were still just as helpful as when I first came here over 10 years ago! Love these guys like family.

I am a regular customer at this store and have unfortunately had two negative experiences during my visits. On a recent occasion, I traveled 30 minutes to the store only to find the doors locked upon my arrival at approximately 3:48 PM, despite the posted hours indicating a closing time of 4 PM on Saturdays. Upon inquiring, I learned from a few staff members that they stop allowing customers in at 3:45 PM in order to leave by 4 PM. While I understand the desire to leave work on time, closing early when the posted hours indicate otherwise is concerning. Additionally, the manner in which we were treated was unprofessional; other customers were present, also expressing their disappointment. When I addressed the situation, the owner dismissively suggested that we return the following day. I find this experience particularly disheartening, especially during the holiday season, and it raises questions about customer service priorities. As consumers, it is important to consider supporting businesses that value their customers.
