I had a great experience when I went!! Eva was so sweet and helped us look at so many different colognes so we could know which scent was right for us. We were taking up a lot of time I’m sure, but she was very hospitable and was able to help us and multiple other guests at the same time.

I went there only because the other cologne store was closed. When I walked in I asked for polo black, and the manager snorted and said " that lunch money". Well, I know what I like and not everyone has thousands of dollars to throw down at your store. The associate more or less tricked me into buying the bigger bottle saying that it was $11 more for twice the size. So after buying that they then tried to sell me more, despite me telling them multiple times I was not interested. The stuff they sold me is so watered down I doubt it's even real. Do not go here.

They selling FAKE PERFUME Burberry HER I got for Christmas big bottle is not sticking I know my perfumes I can’t even smell it after 5 mins of putting it on. I’ll stick with Ulta.

Bad experience with black light skinned lady. I simply wanted to know the prices for all sizes and she just went extra as if to deter me from purchasing the smaller bottles. Further, she kept making comments that were just unprofessional and unnecessary so kept my money!!! Just answer questions most likely people are not buying their favorite perfume for the first time even if that is the first time in your store. For me…it’s a hardddddd pass! Last visit!

Great staff and experience. Staff assisted me with buying a gift for my mother, tailoring to her taste. I think they should increase in their selection overall, but you should be able to find what you are looking for with what they have. Great deals as well if you are a bargain hunter.

Tiffany was actually the best customer service representative in the whole mall. She greeted me with a warm hello, worked with my suggestions on what I liked, and offered me a lesser priced option which gave me more for my buck because it was buy one get one half off. I’ll be back to get some more of her suggestions and valued opinion. The store has a great stock to choose from as well. 500,000 stars to the store and staff.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! It’s over priced and associates talk you to death and try to sell you their most expensive perfumes. I hated my experience at both of their locations. Even when you try to say no they keep on going trying to sell. I returned my purchase the next day.
