I really loved the nurse and PA I saw. Both were great listeners and logical thinkers, and I ‘m really glad I went in for treatment. The care I received was outstanding. However, the reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars was that the woman sitting at the front desk was flippant and uncaring. When I made my appointment online for 2:40 it said it was the earliest appointment available and there were 3 people ahead of me. I did arrive a few minutes early, but then sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour. I saw people walk in and be seen ahead of me. When I approached the desk and asked her to check she said she thought I’d be next and it wasn’t long after that I was. Get new help for your desk, and things would be great.

My visit with Peachtree immediate care on Sunday was good. The big problem was that I had an appointment on Saturday and when I drove to the office I was informed that no Doctor had showed up. This was frustrating. Part of the frustration was that I had received a reminder to be on time at 8 AM. And when I arrived at 8:30 AM, there was no reason to have been on time. as an immediate care provider, the imperative is that you provide a service and don’t have sick people driving around when you are unable to fulfill your prime directive. The doctor I saw on Sunday was wonderful. Being sick all day Saturday and not making any progress towards getting better is very frustrating.

I had a great experience at Peachtree Immediate Care in Athens. I visited for insomnia and met with Dr. Hollis, who really listened to me and explained everything clearly before providing the right prescriptions. The registration process was smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. A special thanks to Jarissa, the young lady who took my blood samples for further diagnosis — she was kind, professional, and made the process very comfortable. Overall, I felt cared for and respected throughout my visit. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing attentive and professional care!

I have seen the physician’s assistant a few times and always find the conversation about what’s wrong with me to be very informative. He discusses steps I can take to improve my health more than other doctors I’ve visited, and I so appreciate that perspective on healthcare. I will always go here for urgent care. I also appreciate that you can get in the waiting line online.

Denzel was gentle and really helped my son who was quite anxious. Making the appointment was easy, the young lady at the front desk was helpful, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! The hispanic girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude… sorry you don’t like your job. On top of them giving me a referral to places that aren't even open/practicing. Called them to change it and they turned around and gave me the same referral. It takes just a couple of seconds to see if a place is still active or not. If you want decent healthcare, go elsewhere. Thanks

Excellent service and personable, professional visit. The PA went over and above to explain my symptoms and a course of treatment. I left feeling a clear and distinct understanding of my issues and how they were to be treated. Which I am happy to say have proven true as one day later I am feeling considerably better.

the medical receptionist is very friendly. I didn't wait too long. Twenty to thirty minutes. The doctor diagnosed careful and correctly. I feel much better now.

I've been going here for a long time. Probably close to 4 years. Love the doctors. Today i made an online appointment because of an illness that kept me home from work. I went to my appointment really early and was told, even though I did not know, that I owed almost $300 and she was wanting to know if I could pay it. I told her all I could pay, because its all i had, was $20. She said I had to pay at least $100 to be seen . Company policy she said. I said so you are turning away a sick person because of money? She stuck by her decision, kind of gave a nervous laugh i guess because of my anger. I don't mind paying my bills, and I always do. But this is a first for me. How can someone be turned away because of money?

I was seen promptly. My father-in-law had just passed away and EVERYONE, the receptionist, the MA, and the PA were very compassionate and empathetic. They assessed me and quickly diagnosed me. It was very professional and efficient.
