Driver will pull put in front of semi trucks going highway speeds. I had to slam on my brakes and get into the passing lane when it was clear to avoid collision.

The company has no regard for the passengers concerns or request about wearing a mask in an enclosed vehicle. Both guys stated they are not required to wear one. I contacted the office person regarding my concern. She stated they can't make them wear a mask. I told her I'm a State of Georgia employee, and we HAVE to wear masks., what do you mean the Owner can't make them. On top of being 45 minutes late, having my mom 15 minutes late for her appointment, they took her off of the stretcher, put her on the hard table, and left. My mom is paralyzed on one side from a recent stroke, she can not hold herself up or keep herself from falling over. Two medical assistants witnessed this and was very shocked. She stated companies usually stay at the appointment with the patient on the stretcher. My mom's appointment was not a whole hour.. The driver (who seems to be the spokesman) said they had someone from Dialysis to pick up. I had to stand by the table to make sure my mom did not fall off the table. I have reported this to Wellcare, and I will look into which State Agency to report this company as well. As you can see the driver is holding the phone up to his ear while driving (Against the Law in Georgia) having a conversation with someone about fixing a vehicle. This company needs to be removed from WellCare Transportation contract ASAP. Update**After posting, I phoned in again to see if I could speak with the Owner. He was not happy at all, and stated these guys are suppose to wear masks at all times. The owner told me that I will not have to worry about these two providing service for my mom again, and if they are called for my mother, he will call me personally. That made me feel a little at ease. Now I just hope that they guys do not have Covid else that will be another issue for me, my mother, and my household.

Your driver is a danger to everyone else on the road, not to mention anyone that is paying for medical transport. The heavier set Caucasian man driving the loop at Prince avenue exit on 4-25-23 should be charged with what he’s doing. He almost caused us to wreck and had no care in the world about it. You should carefully vet people you put them behind the wheel of your vehicles.

Drivers don’t understand basic traffic laws. I was stopped at a four-way stop well before the van had stopped. They did not yield to right of way at four-way stop and then tailgated me for miles. Jerk!

Of all the transport companies that has transported my disabled daughter, THIS agency has by far been the best. Her driver, Sophia is awesome! She is a great communicator, something other transport companies miss! She always text to let me know she's on the way. And she's very rarely late and if she sees she's going to be a few minutes late she will let me know. Never leaves me wondering. EXCELLENT!!

One of the drivers for PeachState Medical Transport almost hit us. We were in a roundabout and the driver didn’t yield. Please update your drivers with the road laws. Makes me very nervous for your patients. I have a picture of his license plate if you need it.

Out of all of the transport companies in this area, Peachstate has been the best one. The only thing that I don't care for is the long wait times for patients to be picked up from appointments.

Very bad and aggressive driver. 80mph on loop 10. Traffic heavy. Following to close at a high rate of speed. Poor diving.

These guys are rude disrespectful and heartless pI wouldn't recommend my worst enemy they drive reckless with no concern of others They should be shut down before someone losses a loved one bc of there actions They will not wear mask and treat you like you owe them I'm completely disgusted with them
