Found the address easily. There was a sign at the road for a small group of shops including Peach State. Parked in front of the old turkey hatchery building - it appeared to have been divided into several units - none of which had signs on the doors indicating the name of the shop, and all were unoccupied/ closed. Perhaps the businesses are in process of starting up? In any case - no Peach State shop here.
