Had such a good experience here! I got my birthday balloons from this shop. They were such a good price and ready for me as soon as I walked in! The worker who helped me, I think her name was Janine, went as far as asking me what color ribbon I would want to match to the balloons! It’s the little things that matter and I left truly impressed and super happy with them. I would recommend this cute little shop to all of my friends.

My experience at Party Shop was a great experience. I was shopping for a tuxedo for my son prom. Everything was perfect. Chelsie and the tall gentlemen who helped us was awesome. I can't remember his name but he also did a great job. He was the first one who greeted us the very first time we entered the party shop and showed us pictures and gave us pricing. When we went back we met Chelsie and they both fitted my son with the exact measurements. His tuxedo matched his dates prom dress which is what I was worried about,if he would match his dates dress,but I didn't have to worry because Chelsie was on point with the colors and all we showed Chelsie was a sample of his dates prom dress but she nailed it. We are very satisfied and would recommend this place to others. I will definitely continue to do business with the Party shop. My son prom is one to remember!!!

Fast shipping, but beware.... The peppermint crunch candy is NOT what is shown in the photos. I've ordered this candy from other stores in the past without issue, and was hoping to get my Merkens and the peppermint crunch candy from the same place this year. However, what I received was a pound of red & green sugar crystals. They are not the peppermint crunch that is shown in the photos! This will NOT work to make bark. I reached out to the store about my dissatisfaction with what I received for "crunch" candy and they were fast to respond... but they are trying to tell me that it's the crunch, only ground to smaller pieces. But these sugar crystals won't work in place of the peppermint crunch that is needed for the bark recipe.

My fiance and I went here to order our wedding invitations thinking that we knew exactly what we wanted only to find out that there is a lot more details involved then what we planned. Chelsea and Neil walked us through step by step and asked questions to better understand what we wanted. They also gave us suggestion on rewording to make it sound more formal. You definitely don't get this kind of customer service when ordering online. While we were there I also noticed that they do more than just invitations but they also do tuxedo rentals, favors and accessories. We will definitely come back for all of our wedding needs and more.

I used the Party Shop for balloon displays for my son's graduation party. I was anxious because I live in one state and he was graduating from Riverside. I needed to make sure all the decorations were in place without me having to worry about the part of the party. Five months prior to the party, I contacted the Party Shop. They sent me pictures of party ideas, took my order, and coordinated everything up until the day of the party. They came to party location, set everything up and everything was done on time. So if you want to enjoy your party without worrying about the decorations, you had better call the Party Shop. Thanks Guys, you all are awesome.

We love the owners and all the friendly staff at the party shop!! As a cake lady, I shop here at least once a week! They are always so helpful in finding what I need. If they don’t have it, they try to find it and special order it for me! In addition to cake and candy supplies they have a wide variety of awesome party supplies, costumes and even Tux rentals!!

I love the family-run, customer service environment of The Party Shop in a world of big box retailers. Particularly helpful are Neil and Chelsea who give personal attention to their customers. I’ve visited the shop for holiday decor, paper products (birthday, baby reveal parties), and especially for Halloween items & costume rental! I would consider them for any party needs big or small.

Neat little shop! It is a lot smaller than i anticipated, but still cute. The prices are affordable. There are only a few themes provided for parties or weddings, but the selection of items withing those themes is great. I would say shop here if you don't already have a planned theme, but a general idea. The best place around to get cake decorating items.
