I went into this store and what I was looking for was not there. I panicked immediately!!!!! I went to the front of the store to get help from the cashier. She was so helpful! She was giving me possible solutions, and she really calmed my nerves and helped me back to reality. Her name is DEZIRAE. Thanks again for being so helpful, honest and nice to me.

The occonce center party city is no longer there. It said it was and even said it was open when we drove around looking for it we realized it wasn't there so this was false advertising because it was taken down. Take party city off the map bc it's no longer on the conecter

Just left this Party City in Athens was charged for a popper which was almost 11.00 but ended being almost 5.00 cause my daughter made it pop in the store. Let's just say I put my other items down at the register, paid it, and walked out. They can keep that popper. Walmart doesn't charge if there's a spill cause they don't want their customers leaving a whole buggy full of groceries behind, but also they want you to come back. Customer service sucks here. Won't be back, but I guess it's no use of being mad anyway cause the store is closing anyhow. You reap what you sow.

Obviously, this is the party planning go to! I love party city. It is organized by theme and color which makes party decor planning much easier. Of course, there are bonus finds outside of the themes, but for me, it makes it so much easier. It's also a must stop during the Halloween season. They always have some costumes in stock it seems but starting July/August they begin stocking more and more for Halloween.

The balloons were ready on time and beautiful. The service at pick up could have been much better. There were 4 employees working that I could see. One was on the phone and three making ballon arrangements. There were 3 (4 including me) customers waiting at various places. One side said “Pick Up Balloon Orders Here”. I stood there about 5 minutes looking at my balloon order ready for pick up before anyone addressed me or anyone else.

The store look a mess, I went in and as soon as I walk in it was a mess, I wanted some help and I went looking for someone to help me but their was no one at all to be found , their was only one cashier but other then that their was no one at all, their were just boxes everywhere and nothing was put up at all it just felt like a dead store, so I ask the cashier and I think her name was Tony? I’m not sure but when I approached her she was on her phone, when I ask her if she can point me on the right direction to find something and she look at me and said “I’m not sure where it would be sorry” and went right back to her phone.

VERY interesting place. It makes finding party supplies very easy because they have multiple items in the same color. I really like how a lot of the Halloween stuff from Halloween City are still available at this store. It's very clean and the people are very nice.

The store evening manager, Allison, refused to give the required information needed to resolve financial issues customer service. This was very frustrating since I was in the store and ready to finish me errands. No resolve. Poor customer communication. Poor customer service.

Because of a recent back surgery, I can't walk very far. I was looking for hot beverage cups. I entered the store and asked the cashier about them, she was very unconcerned and said if we have those items, they will be in the back of the store...seeing I was using a cane. Long story short, I did go to the back of the store and could find nothing. When I left, she wasn't even at the register. I won't go back there again. Not a consumer friendly place.
