I recently had a very large need for many different balloons to be filled for a themed party for my husband's 42nd birthday and I didn't realize how many I had until I got to the store and I kept pulling them out. I was panicked because I had waited until the last minute and Tula and Dana, the store manager, said no sweat, we'll have it ready in 20 minutes. They not only got it done but gave me good tips for how to help everything fit into the car (this was a HUGE order) and I am just blown away at what an amazing job they did. They explained everything so clearly, were so patient and professional. I love this store, they do great work and they helped make my husband's birthday party even more amazing! Thank you!!!

Picked up balloons from this store an evening before my event the next morning. The decor was all set up from the said evening but in the morning some balloons were on the floor & some were low hanging. Called these people & the worker who answered the phone was quite unapologetic & let me know that they could refill the balloons but wouldn’t be able to do so until the next hour or two. Talk about inefficient & back of the class customer service for some cheap chinese overpriced balloons!

Great staff and experience. Definitely skip the cheap helium tanks and get the one the store provides. My balloons didn't deflat until 24hrs late and some are still standing

After returning to the store to buy more balloons, because my original ones deflated within a within a 24 hour period, I was not impressed about the snippiness of the cashier, no name tag, but she was wearing a black shirt. She did tell me that if I had my receipt and the balloons she would reinflate them. Seeing as there was a knot tied at the bottom of each of them, I knew this was not going to be possible. I originally wasn't going to return them, but I was curious as to what's she planning to do, so I decided to bring them back in. Lo and behold, she immediately gave me a refund. I have had issues in the past of their helium balloons, deflating, within 24 hours. But I do have to say, normally the customer service in there is impeccable and the selection is great.

It's that time of year. Halloween is in the air. They have absolutely everything you could possibly need. If your in need of ideas or suggestions they have it all. Costumes, wigs, make-up, mask, decorations. Helpful staff too

Clean and partly stocked. But got what I needed and everyone one was attentive but, I can't say I felt welcomed. No greeting and definitely no "have a great day".

Party America is great, needed white linens for an event within a 30 minute time frame for some missing linens at my event. They had them ready and waiting for me on a Saturday at 430pm. Thank god they were open and helped me!!! Thank you!!!
