A waste of time & they want more that what it’s worth, he wanted 3000 & I told him “it’s not worth that, I don’t want it” & he told me that “it’s not that you don’t want it, it’s that you can’t get it” the manager guy I didn’t even get his name

They advertise $500 down well that’s a lie then you go in do all the paperwork they tell you ok your approved this is your down payment such and such then you go back and well now your down payment has tripled your payments have tripled what a joke they need to be shut down for false advertising and lying to people I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy (oh almost forgot Jermey is the one that did all this )

Horrible customer service. I attempted to get pre-approved online. Got a text back from a pushy salesperson who was beyond rude. I explained my situation and what I had for a down payment. I offered to send documents ahead of time to streamline, understanding that we would still have to go through paperwork there. I wad only trying to get them my info. Was told I could send it when I got to the dealership. Ok, it is what it is. Let's not try to convenience the customer. I drive 45 minutes there to be told they didn't have any of the 500 down vehicles. At this point it's about principle. Soured and decided I wouldn't spend the extra to get the car i wanted because nobody was willing to show any customer service.

I highly don’t recommend them I’ve been had issues with the pickup payments on this car they couldn’t find any records of me financing the car I currently have for 3 weeks until the repo the financing place (untied acceptance auto) even stated that they didn’t even have my insurance information to begin with so I wasn’t able to before it show up as a reposition im so upset I have to look into getting a lawyer about this please don’t go here bad business
