Scummy. Especially when you try to move out. No matter what you do they always try to find a way to keep your entire security deposit. Read your lease or you will be on the back end of them overcharging you to keep as much money as possible when “assessing damages” during move out.

Parker and Associates was great to work with over the last 2 years. They kept a fair rent and always dealt with any issues we had very promptly.

The owner, Jon Parker, is a super chill guy and was very accommodating, and the receptionist, Jessika, was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Never had any problems and my apt was great for the price. Would very happily rent from them again in the future.

We just moved out of an apartment on Williams Street. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. We were charged $155 out of our deposit to clean carpet and paint. And we received the last months bill from Community Water for $325 (for 1 month) of service. Maybe for the whole building!. The property management is not willing to do anything to check for a water problem or help and neither is the water company. I feel sorry for the next tenant if the problem isn't being addressed. Buyer beware! This management company seems like there are not concerned about their customers and just looking to make money!

Wish I could give Negative stars. They just tow your vehicle off the property with no warning. I have been out of work since May 2020 and have survived til now. By their lack of effort to contact the owner has cost me Money ($175) and placed me in a bind. I could have and have moved the vehicle to a friends home. The only reason I'm in this complex is a Tree fell down into my apartment in Stockbridge Ga. In August of this year. Plus there is a Massive Hole in the backyard due to Erosion that a Child could be seriously Hurt by. The mailbox area Floods. Parking lot dirty, Trash bin area Nasty and Broken furniture. Overgrown plants blocking trash area. Just a Bad operation. I thought I lived in the Ghetto in Atlanta Ga. But these people Give the name SLUMLORD a new meaning.

These people give you the cold shoulder if you have any sort of problem. We've reached out to Angie several times over 3 months about multiple problems, left several voicemails and emails, and she has still to contact us or pick up her phone. They don't disseminate any information to their tenants about building cleaning or maintenance. They neglect to maintain the integrity of their buildings, only band-aiding the problems instead of fixing them.

Jacked up the HOA fee more than 30% to "fix the pool" over two years ago. Has the pool not been repaired yet? because the fee has not come down. I don't feel this is worth the money but they will charge a 20% late fee if not paid.

This is the worst management company. They have no concern for the safety of the patrons of the properties they own. They won't fix the door to the building I pay to live in, so either 1.) I'm locked out or 2.) someone has jacked open the door so that literally any crackhead from downtown could walk in as they please. Thefts are constant and they get pissed when you call to complain about the issue they should have already been working to fix.

I called several times about a car being abandoned, for over 5 weeks, in the apartment complex I rent at. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and just communicated that since I am not an owner they don't care. They show no concern for actually MANAGING property and just want to do as little as possible to get by.

Do yourself a big favor, and don't lease from Parker and Associates. You won't have to deal with horrible management, delayed maintenance, and 0 attention to property management (in pretty important things like.. safety, cleanliness, and necessary repairs).
