Placed an order online and later that day, received an email saying it was canceled at my request. That being said, I never canceled the order and my emails asking why this happened were ignored. At least I was refunded and that's the only good thing I have to say.

I went in at the tail end of February to track down a replacement scent for my green Irish tweed and they were incredibly helpful and generous. Landed on silver mountain water-creed! Also, I told them some notes that my wife likes and the first suggestion they game was a home run!

Don't even waste your time in calling this place! they NEVER pick up the phone. After calling NUMEROUS times I suggest the owner to fire them all, ill take my money somewhere else. I find it STUPID when you could've had a sale and a new customer!!!
