The customer service was pretty good. The restaurant didn’t flow as smoothly as it could, but hopefully over time they will get that smoothed out. The restaurant was pretty inside, and well staffed.

Everything was delicious! I appreciated the consciousness of the staff checking temps of food. The place is beautiful and clean, and I really appreciate how well staff is compensated. I support businesses who care for their own. Excited to have PE on this side of town and will be a frequent visitor! I already downloaded the app. 🤗

I love driving 20 minutes to get home and see “oops all cabbage” instead of the chow mein I ordered. Hasn’t even been open a month lol

I ordered online and picked up at the drive up window. It was a very smooth and quick process. A variety of sauces were included, as were a napkin, fork and fortune cookie without having to request them. The drive though was moving quickly. The lady at the window was extremely friendly. The food was delightful, and well prepared. I will look forward to eating here often . The website is also easy to use and the pictures on the website are accurate.

I was really excited there was finally this panda in athens. To my disappointment when I got home with my food my chowmein was 80% cabbage and my honey sesame chicken had 4 pieces of chicken and about 30 green beans (I love the green beans but not in place of the chicken) Hoepfully this is one time thing as I would like to visit here more often Update: I have since gone a few more times since this last post, it seems at dinner time they just seems to be worse, but if you go at lunch time they normally give better portions and food quality is better.

We enjoyed our lunch. I ordered “Sweet Fire Chicken” & “Beijing Beef” with white rice; and hubby ordered “Honey Sesame Chicken Breast” & “Grilled Teriyaki Chicken” with fried rice. We even got a picture with the panda mascot “Pa Pa”. Great atmosphere, plenty of seating. Kid friendly. Very clean & fast paced. Definitely recommend this location.
The Woods East of Athens
Door Dash: I went in here last night and the absolute chit show this was was legendary. I’ve been to many restaurants with over 3000 pickups for door dash in town and this was by far the slowest & rudest restaurant in all of Athens. Bar none. They weren’t even all that busy but they acted like they couldn’t handle it with a sufficient amount of workers, so I tell whatever girl number 1 is behind the counter that I’ve been waiting for well over 25 minutes past the pick up for DoorDash, this isn’t including the 7-10 minutes that it took me to arrive there, so just under 40 minutes they were chasing their tails around about one non-complicated DD order after they likely received the order, apparently while they were serving other dashers ahead and behind me during the 25 minute span I waited; so whenever I let counter girl know she gives me attitude immediately, I’m not just going to sit there and take that so I give her attitude right back, she says “durrrr what are we suppose to not cook it?” Umm of course not but after almost 40 minutes from when you likely received the order, then the answer to your little snide question is: it should’ve been started cooking in at before that So when counter girl number 1 gets offended based off a lack of performance I give her attitude back then the little Manager girl I guess tells me to leave because I “cussed at her” employee, fair enough but I was simply reciprocating your own employees behavior. At that point I was just laughing inside at how bad these people are at their job and cut my losses Don’t give me a owners reply take the L

I have frequently patronized this establishment since it opened and every experience has been getting worse. The portion sizes to the wait times to the rude manager Monae. To wait at the window for my order for 10 minutes then get pulled up saying it will be 5 more minutes and then get my order and it’s wrong. Go back inside with receipt and explain what I ordered which was correct in receipt and wrong in the plate to be told I would have to wait again for it to be cooked. Then the unprofessional manager Monae is what she said her name was could care less Ana says we have to get our online orders so we have to cook the food so I asked why was I pulled up and told that the food was being cooked and pointed out we ordered at 8:16 and just had gotten the order at 8:36, and just pulled around and I brought it in because it was not correct. Next time you will get everything back and refund me all my coins.

Come in for take out and the manager PAULA has a attitude bc I asked for fresh food and while looking at her scrub the bottom If the bowl I could tell it was old sitting food and I continued to ask for fresh food and she tells me it is fresh but it’s obviously NOT. For her to be a manager she has poor customer service and a horrible attitude til the point the employees were apologizing on her behalf although they did nothing wrong! Just came for food and got to deal with that is SAD I WONT BE BACK!

First time visiting this new location. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Staff was pleasant. Food was horrible. My teriyaki chicken was completely undercooked. I also had some sesame beef & shrimp. The beef was so hard. It say crispy, but this was ridiculous. Luckily I had a BOGO coupon. The coupon was the best thing about my meal.
