Cool little Asian market They had A variety Of Dried, canned and fresh Asian food. We purchase some rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, Shanghai cabbage as well as Enoki mushrooms.

Good selection of Asian food - just make sure to check expiration dates before you check out! A couple of the items in my recent order were a few days past expiry or expiring within the next week. (Packaged items - not fresh where you’d expect a <1 week expiry) Will still be back because this shop has some very cool international items!

I came upon this place searching for fresh jackfruit for my latest diet attempt. At first, when we walked in,I just asked if they had it and was told no. I saw they had other fresh produce at good prices and grabbed just a couple of things and headed to the register. What I didn't know was that the employee/ owner was busy at work trying to help me find what I was searching for. By the time it was my turn to pay..the lady at the counter showed me on her translator/ phone app, that this isn't the prime time to find ripe jackfruit,instead the best months to find it are such and such.i was appreciative for the education and care from the lady. And then.. with our receipt, she called for a man in the back who brought out a small plastic container of peeled jackfruit that was their own. For free, they offered me some to try explaining that in other months it tends to be much sweeter. They said that I should return to try more when the fruit is riper. I was blown away at such kindness from complete strangers. This place will have a forever customer in me!!!

I love going here. They often have better deals on products like mushrooms, and tofu. They have a great tea selection and the candy and sweets are always exciting. Very good quality rice!

I love Orient Mart!! I've been shopping here since I moved to Athens 2 years ago. I love cooking Japanese dishes but it was always difficult to find what I needed where I used to live so I am very grateful to have such a wonderful Asian grocery store nearby. The staff are always friendly and they always have a wide variety of options including fresh produce. It's very rare that I can't find something I'm looking for.

Limited hours. Unless you can read Chinese, Vietnamese or know what you're looking for, shopping would need a guided tour as items are not labeled like other markets, if at all. On the plus side, they do have quite a variety of dry, frozen and fresh items. It would be great if the cashier would engage customers and explain what some of the items are used for.

A fantastic selection of quality products and at awesome prices! I can usually get most of my shopping done here, especially those essential ingredients for most of my dishes. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Very clean and organized. Love shopping here.

The noodles are so fresh and you can get them no where else like here! Their ingredients are nicely packaged and range of sauces and oils is impressive! It's definitely a treat coming here!
