My husband and I have shopped in here several times. Each time, we have bought clothes, soap, ties, socks. It’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. It’s good quality material. We recently went in for a tie, and bought other items. One of the items my husband wasn’t sure about, but the sales associate was really pushing it. So we ended up buying the quarter zip, but he was unsure about it. Later that week, we ended up finding another quarter zip, that fit so much better at a different store. So today, he went to return the quarter zip. Side note *** This jacket was not worn, tags were on it, and it didn’t even leave the bag she put it in that day. When returning - The lady was very rude. She was trying to make him find a smaller size, but he said no he wanted to return it. She asked “ What is the reason for the return?” He said, “ I found something that fit better.” Instead of being understanding she popped off with saying “ you will never find anything as soft as this.” She eventually returned the item, but had an attitude the whole time. I will NEVER step foot back in this store. I have spent a good bit of money in here, and for her to treat him is totally unprofessional. You have lost our business.

Love the Onward Reserve store in Athens! Great selection and quality of men’s clothing with the UGA logos. Polos, 1/4 zips, socks, sweaters, belts, etc. For the last three years, we make sure to stop by and get something. Ask for David too. He is the best! David is so helpful with great suggestions and his knowledge of the clothing is superb. I highly recommend this store and David’s help. FIVE STARS!

I was in Athens for a week and made my way to Onward Reserve. I'd been in the market for a Barbour jacket, which has been hard to find. A Google search sent me to Onward Reserve. Other stores were recommended, but none of them had Barbour jackets (or anything close). I walked in Onward Reserve and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable sales person who walked me straight to the Barbour jackets. They had a great selection—exactly what I was looking for. I made my purchase with the help of the sales lady and another lady (who may have been the owner/manager—both very helpful). Overnight I realized the style I bought was not what I needed. I came back the next day and was able to make an exchange with no problem (even though I'd taken the tag off). Everyone was very helpful. The staff and the inventory were the highlights. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Onward Reserve-Athens. I love my jacket and had a great experience.

Two stars for the selection I needed. I was prepared to buy a $400 jacket tonight, but no one offered to be of service. Guess I’ll make my purchase online from another major vendor. On the other hand, when I called earlier in the week to inquire about a product the service was superb.

Love, love, love this place! Friendly staff and great selection of clothing! If they don’t have the size you need they will order it and ship it for free! Most of the staff call me by name! Maybe I spend too much money here but at least they remember I do!! 😀 …

Filson, Barber, and Yeti are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Onward Reserves selection. Great atmosphere, unbelievable products and great customer service will keep me coming back again and again.

Quite possibility the worst experience I've ever had with a online retailer. I placed 3 orders in July/August and all 3 were headaches. The first order was a virtual giftcard, which took 2 weeks before it was emailed to me. Then, when I attempted to use it on a purchase, it initially didn't even work on their website and I had to email them to apply the credit. After placing that order, they then proceeded to call me because they didn't recognize the giftcard and wanted to make sure I wasn't a scammer. The second order was listed in stock but took over 5 weeks to ship. I called their service line three times to check on the status and customer service was clueless each time. On the third call, they gave me a number of the sales manager, who I contacted and said she would call me back. She never did and only responded after 3 emails. For my third order, I used a 15% promo code that was emailed to me but after placing the order, they called me to say that the 15% promo is invalid and wanted me to pay for the price difference before shipping. They claimed it was a technical error and no apology was offered. Even if it was an error, many customer-oriented retailers would honor a modest 15% discount. For a retailer that sells many upscale products, and for the prices they charge, I would expect excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them, they're just too disorganized and their customer service is disappointing.

The most fun I've had shopping for men's clothing.....ever!! Great atmosphere, music, and you can enjoy a free beverage while shopping. The products they carry are all great quality too.
