Really friendly atmosphere, always booming with business. Nice clothes for all, my children look very nice! I get my two children every other weekend & pay 200 a week child support. Every time I pick them up from school they are dressed in miss match rags. They absolutely love stopping by this location for a new outfit or two and I enjoy really like seeing them and all children nicely dressed candles taken care of! God bless you all!

I really like this Old Navy. The prices are great and they always have good deals. The store is easy to shop in and usually pretty organized, which makes finding things simple. The staff are nice and helpful whenever I need something. Overall, it’s just a good place to pick up clothes for a good price without any hassle.

This place is so slow. I have been here for 30 min and the line has barely moved.

We all know old navy has good clothing- i gave one star because I’m constantly dealing with pricing issues. The price on the rack is NEVER the same at the register. Then I’m having to wait for the cashier to check the pricing. Today was my 3rd incident in a row, and it’s to the point where I don’t even want to shop there period! Anyways, please make sure you watch for the pricing at the register and make sure it matches!

Our cashier was River! He was so polite and helpful. Back to school shopping can be stressful. Especially with having to find uniform clothes. My son is in the in between stage of boys and men's sizes. River pointed out when seeing if we could order a bigger size. We had tried on girls. He said his brother was in similar sizes. Helped us find correct sizes in men's. His help really was amazing. He went that extra mile in customer service. Making it a better less stressful experience. Thanks so mch River!!!

This Old Navy location has a lot to learn about customer service. The staff had the entry doors locked six minutes before the store closed. We were then told “just so you know we close in five minutes“ while another person behind the counter piped in that they didn’t have the item when we could visibly see the item- you have lost my business and I will never shop this location. Corporate you need to do some training here! Young people you need to learn soft skills! Glad that shirt was more important to fold than it was to greet a customer with kindness who was in there to grab one quick item. Old Navy, train your staff better. You have lost a long time customer! SMH
