I received excellent personalized customer service this weekend. Bridget, at the print center of Office Depot, went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, with a positive attitude and very patient—even when she was about to leave work for the evening, she stuck around and helped me. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer service. Thank you, Bridget, for making me less stressful than I was when I arrived!

My party and I needed help printing specific photos for a wedding. Richard was an absolute GOAT. Richard helped us measure the image sizing we needed, then helped us find a template we needed, then he walked us through how to easily print the images in the correct sizes, and finally helped us use the Office Depot printer. I believe we lucked out because the store was a little slow, but we were all very pleased with the service and attentiveness shown by the staff. Overall, Richard helped us save a wedding with his efforts. Cheers!

I’m deeply concerned about Office Depot’s decision to fire employees who refuse to print offensive material. I have seen on social media that a woman working for Office Depot was fired for her judgment call about not printing material that would be potentially distressing to women, LGBTQIA, parents who have lost kids due to gun violence, and to minorities.She was fired because she didn’t give into what this administration wants. Office Depot and any other company should be ashamed of themselves for rewarding and promoting hatred. This is furthering the hatred that has divided this country.

Nice selection of chairs. Clean store. I came here to spend $400-500 on an office chair for my girl friend. I have been here for over an hour, the store traffic is minimal. I have spoken to one person who said "I'll help you in just a minute". That was about 20 "minutes" ago, and after I had already wandered around the chair department sitting in everything for over 30. I need the smallest amount of help. I have very few questions, and am ready to buy. At this point I don't have the time today to purchase the chair that I wanted to. I did not think that it would take over an hour to buy a chair. I have constant business and home office needs. I'm a returning, loyal, customer, who will likely not return. I have seldom felt so ignored as a customer. I don't have time to waste on businesses who don't want my money. An amployee was about 20 feet away, sitting at a desk just watching me. he is the one who told me it would be "just a minute". *last picture is said desk.

Not great service with the printing department. We had to go two weekends in a row and there were issues both times. We ended up going to FedEx and Atlanta Highway and got everything taken care of much easier.

Went to buy a new office chair. Lee was very helpful. He allowed me the time to try out chairs and decide on the best fit. Once I picked the winner, he checked to see if the chair was in stock. It was not in stock in the store but Lee quickly ordered the chair to be delivered next day to me. He was also kind enough to price match the chair and be sure that I had the correct price on the chair mat. Great customer service! This is the way every business should treat their customers!

I just had the best experience I've ever had at Office Depot. The Asst Manager named Magnus was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with with services Office Depot offers and then referred me to additional services not offered that will assist with my attempt to start my own business. He also showed me some useful functions of my phone for which I was unaware. He represents this company in the best manner one could hope for.
