This store is extremely overpriced, with very limited staff who are not friendly or helpful. They don’t offer price matching, and their so-called “sale prices” are very misleading—often still nearly double what other stores charge for the same items. For example, Kids Foot Locker consistently offers much better deals on identical products. On top of that, the price tags in this store are often incorrect, making it frustrating and a waste of time to shop here. I would not recommend this store if you’re looking for fair prices and good service.

Bad experience ! Prices are on wrong places ! Information is not clear ! They put codes instead of shoes names to blame that as you fault and they try to charge you with different prices ! They change the place where price is supposed to be and came back to tell me that I get confuse ! They didn’t offer me any solution at all ! Service really sucks! Shoes are not marked to the correct prices, of course the manager didnt want to give me the price as shown right on the shelf or honor the bogo deal! I returned $150 worth and left definitely wont be back!!

I think the prices are a bit steep. You can go the Nike store in the mall and find the same shoes for way cheaper. The clearance section needs a lot of tlc and there are also many items in the front that do not have the prices listed.

This is the first place I go for my family's shoes. If you sign up for emails beforehand, they may send you a $15 or so coupon to use on your first purchase. They generally send those periodically afterwards as well. I am happy with the men's dress shoes we got and also the selection of Women's athletic shoes.

First off it's in sugarloaf mills. What a let down. I have shoes but the customer service really needs an overhaul. No respect at all for me in which I'm 59 and have knee problems. Not one person asked if they could help with anything. There were 2 young ladies at the register for a little while. 2 young men stayed on their phones and in the break room. The 2 ladies disappeared. I won't go back. I got there at 230pm and have been gone long enough to write. Dec. 28,2022.
