I have heard nothing but good things about this practice so I attempted to set an appointment this morning. Who ever is answering the phones this morning apparently was just over it all! From the time she answered I could tell I was interrupting something that was more important to her than my call. I continued the call to try to give her grace. Once she realized I couldn’t just take the first appointment she offered due to my work schedule her annoyance was palpable. I ended up ending the call hoping that she has a better day. I’m hoping that this was just a one time thing so I will call again later to set an appointment. But today, the Higher Level Caring was lost on your office staff!
