My salesman, Jody, was patient and responsive. He took the time to answer all my questions, and he worked out the best deal to suit my needs. On top of that, every person was enthusiastic about their role- which sets this place apart from so many other stores. On top of the high quality sales experience, the gent who was manning the apparel section of the store communicated with my 7 year old, got him a great fitting helmet, and let him look at kids bikes and quads. I had a great experience, and will gladly drive the hour it takes to get there for the quality of service that I received yesterday

Started with Kevin in parts who answered my call was able to answer all the questions and be top notch. Needed two tires for my Kawasaki but got SO MUCH more. The staff there is fantastic!! Blake and Miles in service really looked out for me Logan whom did a stupendous job on my tires and I needed to get back to work and they made it where I was there on time!! Sean and Sam in parts were great too!! Definitely going there for all of my motorcycle needs and you should too! Customer for good 👍 also found out they host their own bike night on the first Tuesday of every month! Gonna be there! Almost forgot Adam. Thanks Adam.

I couldn't ask for a better experience! They had the bike that I had been looking for and knew I was driving a LONG way to get there. I was also relying on their valuation of my trade-in, and they knew it. They could have taken advantage knowing that I probably wasn't going home empty-handed. But they were great! They worked with me to help me get a deal I felt good about and got me on my way. I showed up way closer to closing than intended, and they were gracious and helpful. Thanks, Jody!!

Bought a new ninja 500 in Aug. finance person said if I/there had/was any issues I'd be taking care of. About 3 weeks later it started to leak. Called my salesman he referred me to the service department. Talked to service person told him the situation he told me sorry they could not help me because they were understaffed. So right off the bat the finance person lied. Of course I had to take it somewhere else. I thought I had bought a NEW ninja 500 right out of the crate but apparently I got one from there dumpster. Do not go to northeast Georgia motorsports they r the black plague of a dealership and they will lie just to get your service.

Doug and his team are spot on. From the time I walked in and was greeted, to the time we left, we were treated as if we were VIPs. The sales crew gave us our options, explained the difference of the machines, and guided us in making our decisions all while not being pushy at all. Giving us their professional opinions and personal experiences with the different products. I cannot say enough great things about this place, they have won us over. Give them a shot, I know they will treat you just as well and they have a huge selection of so many things. My kids range from 21-11 and there is a great selection for each one of them. Do not go to north Georgia Motorsports they do not honor warranties and they do not return calls when you have a problem with a motorcycle bought from here. There sales people also lie on paper work to get you a loan just so they can sell a Motorsports product witch is a federal and state law affence witch I'm sure banks would love to know. Be very aware before you buy at north Georgia Motorsports.
