Mandy is always sweet and very helpful. Rhonda is always friendly and answered my questions with no attitude. New dentist (Dr. Hwang)was very nice and I had no cavities. I have been going to the practice many years and they are the best.

I was going here for a few years. They are prompt and are generally friendly at this office. However, I believe Dr. Kim has poor bedside manner. He will come in the room and barely speak and he is very curt. I can tell he means business and doesn't seem warm in anyway. As someone with dental anxiety, this is very off putting when you're already anxious about the appontment. I had a complication with a crown giving me pain. When I returned to the office I felt like an inconvencience by him when I explained my pain. He had already forgotten who I was when I had only seen him a few days prior. He barely looked in my mouth and told me if they pain persisted he would just have to do a root canal. I paid over $100 for him to spend one minute with me, dismiss my concerns, and tell me I needed another procedure. Additionally, when I came back to get my new permanent crown placed there was another dentist in who did it (which is fine since I didn't want Dr. Kim at that point) but I wasn't informed at any time there would be a different dentist doing my placement. A random guy just came in and introduced himself instead of being told when I made the appointment or when I checked in. Regardless, I found another doctor who takes dental anxiety more seriously and communicates better. Good luck to all at North Athens!

Today I had an 8 am apt north athens implant and family dentistry. What a great visit. Got me in right away and I met the new (nice and good-looking dentist. The entire office was friendly and helpful to me. If they can be that nice and professional that early to someone who is barely awake and grumpy as me then they get an A+ From me. Linda pitts

Best Dental Experience Ever! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made check-in a breeze and answered all my questions with a smile. The dental assistant was amazing, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time when having a wisdom tooth removed. Truly exceptional! She took the time to explain everything. The dentist was gentle yet thorough, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and pain-free. This is a great dentist office. The staff was welcoming from the first time I came here. They always explain things accurately and I know I always get the best care possible. The lady who does my cleaning is so nice also. The dentist is friendly. I'm glad I came here as a patient. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. They have a small area that has hot chocolate, water, little candies, and sometimes cookies. Clean environment. Great place.

The receptionist was very inconsiderate. My husband made an appointment for two yesterday and we are cancelling the one for today because I am sick and so congested. I don’t think the dentist will be comfortable cleaning me if I keep coughing and sneezing. We are rescheduling it but the receptionist was so firm thats she’ll charge me of $75 for not showing up which is not acceptable. We only made the appointment yesterday and it’s not like we are cancelling it 1-2 hrs before. We called at 8Am to cancel the 2pm appointment. After the call, I received an email that I was indeed charged of $75 which is very unfair. I hope the management will do something about this.
